DescriptionBredinin (mizoribine) is a proprietary imidazole nucleoside that selectively inhibits inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) and guanosine monophosphate synthetase, halting guanine nucleotide synthesis and arresting DNA synthesis in the S phase. It exhibits immunosuppressive activity with less toxicity compared to azathioprine. Clinically used in transplant tolerance, nephrotic syndrome, lupus nephritis, rheumatoid arthritis and IgA?mediated renal conditions. In research, mizoribine tablets are used to model lymphocyte suppression, glomerular injury pathways, autoimmune arthritis, and renal inflammation. Each tablet delivers 25?mg of mizoribine. For laboratory research use only. In research, Bredinin is employed to model immunosuppression in renal transplantation, study nephrotic syndrome pathways, modulate autoimmune responses in lupus and arthritis models, and test novel inflammation-suppressing protocols. Its specificity for lymphocyte proliferation makes it ideal for controlled immunology studies.Side Effects (For Reference Only in Research Models)Experimental data and clinical analogs report potential effects including mild gastrointestinal upset, reversible leukopenia or elevated liver enzymes, and occasional rash. Its toxicity profile is lower than comparable immunosuppressants, but safety monitoring for hematologic or hepatic parameters is advised during experimental dosing.DisclaimerBredinin Mizoribine Tablets are strictly intended for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary therapeutic or diagnostic use.
