Snow WhiteSnow White pepper is a fairly compact C. chinense with small white fruit. The small modified teardrop shaped fruit start their adventure green and fades to a lime green and eventually a creamy white with a little yellow undertones.A habanero variant, the Snow White pepper heat wise is a bit more mild than a traditional habanero. Still expect heat in the 70K to 120K scoville range. They are very similar to our white habaneros, when the difference being the White habaneroes are slightly hotter with smaller fruit.These peppers are an excellent choice for anyone seeking an easy to grow pepper with prolific fruit production. smaller size makes this pepper wonderful for pickling (they would be quite hot pickles!) and the smaller ones would make a killer traditional Southern hot-pepper vinegar soak condiment.As always at Ohio Peppers, packs contain around 20 seeds.
