This one was by far one of the easiest peppers I’ve ever grown. Big healthy plant with no pest or disease issues. Makes gardening easier when it’s a fuss free plant. It does have a mild sweetness, but does have a classic pepper flavor. I used this in a jam and the pepper flavor shines without being overpowering. Dehydrated and made some nice flakes to use for later in other culinary dishes. The heat, for me, is fairly mild when cooked and doesn’t burn much. Solid plant for any pepper grower and great as a pepper plant for beginners. I will most definitely grow again! Indiana zone 5b.
