Description This Naniwa Advance 8K 20mm is the thicker, rebranded version of the 8,000 grit Naniwa Super Stone. A superb polish is easily attained with use of this stone on a ‘progressively’ honed edge. It can also be used as a slightly more aggressive hone than the 10k grit in situations where maintenance honing is being carried out and the edge is a little too rough to benefit fully from the 10k hone. Some might finish on an 8k but personally I would use it as part of a progression to a 10k or 12k. Stand available separately. Dimensions – 210 by 70 by 20 mm.
