For your prime consideration is this Taylor 512 Grand Concert guitar from the ’80s. The original owner told us this is a Lemon Grove, mid to late-80s model, but the paper tag with the model and serial information went missing years ago when the battery pack for the pickup was installed. The guitar is in beautiful condition with some normal wear, and it plays wonderfully. It has all the balanced, clear tone you want from a smaller-bodied Grand Concert shape, but with the warmth you can only get from a guitar that has had 30 years for the wood to season to perfection. As with other 500 series guitars of this era, it features a mahogany back and sides with a spruce top. It plays great with a comfortable action measuring .95″ at the 12th fret.
